The LOST RECORDINGS

HOTPRESS is proud to bring you a world exclusive CD, free in the special Philip Lynott edition, which hits news-stands on August 10th.

Recorded at Trend Studios in Dublin by John Dardis, these five previously unreleased tracks, have until now remained hidden in the vaults. Remarkably, two of the songs were never recorded again: the vast majority of Thin Lizzy fans will never have heard them before in any shape or form. Different versions of 'Saga Of The Ageing Orphan' and 'The Friendly Ranger At Clontarf Castle' appeared on the album Thin Lizzy (1971). A different recording of 'Dublin' appeared on the New Day EP (also 1971).

All songs written by Philip Lynott, except Track 5, Eric Bell/Philip Lynott. Tracks 1 and 3 Copyright Control. Tracks 2, 4 and 5 Published by Palace Music. Recordings licensed by Trend Studios Ltd   Copyright 1970
